「As much as I want to leave a good review I simply cannot. If I could upload photos I would. Upon entering the unit we were met with dirty floors and rotted food in the cupboards and the fridge. We brought groceries with us as we were staying for a whole week. I bought bbq and coffee - as the add advertised for a bbq and coffee keirug insite. Also upon entering there were cupboards taped off marked do not use. Fridge marked off do not use. And the door to the basement marked off...

「 The unkept and neglected exterior led to a grubby interior. One of the plastic deck chairs was broken and unusable. Floors were dirty and left our socks grey; there was pink mould in the tub & shower stalls, black mould on the water level of one toilet and no one had cleaned the ceiling ventilation fans or behind the toilets in either bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the bed linens were good. There was just one hand towel. Also, insufficient furniture in the bedrooms - night...

「We had such a great time at this house. It is perfect for large groups with spacious bedrooms and large beds and is exactly as advertised. The property is fantastic with lots of equipment provided on the tennis courts and beautiful pool area. Thank you Nancy, Hugh and Meggan!」

「My son and I spent two nights in the trailer. For a glamping experience, the trailer met our expectations. The trailer is in a nice spot, at the end of a road, with a fire pit and screened-in porch(which we took full advantage of). We were attending Mosport and did not have a chance to explore the property or use the amenities, and cannot comment. There were some issues communicating through VRBO, but the host was responsive and accommodating.」

「We were in town for a wedding and found this house for multigenerational family. It was the perfect house for all ages, kids loved the pool, playground and hot tub was also enjoyed. House was clean, beds were comfy and hosts were great with responding to any questions immediately. 」

「After a small hiccup with the owner not being notified about our reservation, it was all sorted out and we ended up staying at this location. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here. 」

"Hi, I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I appreciate and highly recommended to stay. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the paper. Water pressure is not high enough. Shower Water is not warm enough. Door cannot lock automatically after you close the door. Lotion in washroom look like mixed with water. No matter it can improve or not. They try their best. The breakfast is good! Machine making pancake, fast, clean, fresh. And also my fast time to see cooked Quaker oatmeal. I like it. Much better than the instant one. Appreciated for all your effort. We are very happy to stay here and will come back again. "
