“Beautiful view and exceptionally clean. Close to Broadway. Plenty of places within a few hundred feet to eat at.”

“The apartment was modern and comfortable and the property had excellent amenities. The only thing lacking was a hot tub, but the fire bowl made up for it. This is a great place particularly for young adults. The entry instructions were clear, but we struggled with getting the key fob for the room and using the App for the garage. Fortunately, there were helpful people there who assisted us. We were disappointed to be staying only one night. We would definitely make this property our home base if……

“The Mint House has a great location being only a 10 minute walk downhill to the centre of Broadway with all the Honky Tonk bars, the Ryman, the museums etc. The property feels safe and secure and we found there was always someone present on reception throughout our stay. The apartment had great kitchen facilities everything you need really. I only have two suggestions for improvement. We had an apartment that was facing east and my son was sleeping on the pull out bed and was woken early every……

“Property was exceptionally clean. The noise level was loud with emergency vehicles and helicopter pad being across the street at Vanderbilt Hospital. Really enjoyed the walkable neighborhoods and Vanderbilt Campus.”

“Condo was a perfect size for two couples. Not a lot close by for restaurants, though most things were within a 15 to 30 minute walking distance☺️”

“I enjoyed the room and would stay here again. I only had one issue and that was the lack of cable TV. I like to watch news shows and some network television. The room only allowed streaming.”

“Clean apartment, well stocked easy to use appliances TV etc., I had trouble getting into the building with the keyless entry ”

“The only hiccup that occurred was there was no parking pass left in the apartment for us. After texting them we were able to get one from another room. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen was good - recommend taking pot holders and baking pan if you want to use the oven.”

“Excellent place to stay. We loved it. The only thing was the kitchen cabinet door on front of sink is broke and one of the area rugs upon arrival was on the balcony railing. We just didn’t want them to think we left it that way. But we would stay here again 😊”

“We really enjoyed our stay. I would have rated all excellent but the carpet in the bedroom was really stained and dirty ( the rest of the unit was immaculate).Guest relations was very good about getting us additional towels and help with the TV and internet. The only other thing that would have improved my rating would be to have had a TV in the bedroom. I prefer to watch it when going to sleep. I would stay here again. It is close to Vanderbilt University and Medical center and has plenty of……

“Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.”

“God position. Given it was a self contained unit we would have preferred that a washing machine and dryer were available rather than a dishwasher. Other than that we were really happy with the property.”

“Arrived 5-1-24 was to leave 5-3-24 Got confirmation, never got where to puck up keys, called vrbo couldn't get a hold of host.. So im down there money tied up no place to stay..Vrbo put ne in hotel one night. Then i had to pay $150 damage deposit, will get that back 3- 5 business days.Called Vrbo trying to get refund from room they escalated it. Third day ive heard nothing in no hurry to refund my money. I have finally called my bank. So DO NOT RENT FROM HOST UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STRANDED AND……

“Hotel was nice. Close enough to broadway to walk. Far enough away to not hear music when you needed quiet time. Staff friendly. We didn’t have water one day but they told us in advance and provided water bottles. Fire alarm went off the night the water was shut off at 3am. Scared the hell out of our family and the hotel didn’t mention anything the next day about what happened. Just said it was a false alarm. ”
