“The water was not hot. There was really only one trash can, and there was no remotes to the cable box. Seen roach in the kitchen. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The towels were dirty looking.”

“Southern hospitality is alive and well in Memphis! Very friendly staff. Our room was well cleaned. The complimentary soap smelled really nice. We accidentally turned the thermostat down too much on the fridge. Lol. Breakfast was better than expected: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, granola bars, cereal, coffee and juice. So much value for the price. I would definitely stay here again. ”

The hotel is close to the airport and close to downtown. This seems to be the nicest hotel in the area. I really enjoyed my stay. ”

“When we checked into our room it was dirty. Cups were left in the sink,the floor had not been mopped,stains on the couch,and the living room table had sticky stains and hair on it. If you are bringing a device to hook up HDMI on the tv it may not work. However,front desk staff was nice, always present and went over all amenities.”

“The staff were allfriendly, the room was very clean. Breakfast was great (oatmeal, fluffy scrambled eggs, very crispy bacon, moist biscuits, fresh waffles…) the location was amazing with so many stores and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!”
