“Nice staff”

“Quiet”

“It was a very cheap place but you get what you pay for. It was clean and the guy running it was nice. Beds were comfy. Shower was free standing and might be uncomfortable for someone over 300-350lbs. I’d stay again if I just needed a cheap clean spot to sleep. Dollar General was about a mile up the road for snacks and drinks. It had a small fridge but no freezer, had a microwave, coffee maker, and good WiFi.”

“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were truly dog friendly. The pool was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was just ok. They could have used better egg options and fresh fruit. The only fruit there was brown bananas. The breakfast staff however was very pleasant and attentive. ”

“We are regular clients at IHG group hotels and we were not surprised and definitely not unimpressed at Holiday Inn, Birch Run. Everything slotted into place as normal making us feel "family". Breakfast was self service and basic for what we needed. The room was serviced 1 day before we left,it could have waited until we left. If our travel dictates we will stay here again.”

“Don't bother wasting your money at this hotel. It's dirty and noisy and full of construction workers who drink all night in the parking lot and leave their beer bottles strewn everywhere. Breakfast is garbage we walked in and walked right back out and went to Bob Evans. There was fruit flies swarming the fruit and filthy tables. The only reason we stayed here was because we passed our cancellation date for a refund. But take this warning from me and don't waste your money or time.”

“I enjoyed my visit here. The location was perfect, bed was comfortable, room was clean, all the staff members were friendly, and there was plenty of choices for breakfast and snack time. ”

“The hotel was obviously an older property that had been remodeled. The room was clean and staff was great. The layout of the hallways and rooms was weird and the steep turn in and out of the parking lot was hard but otherwise very nice.”
