"Be aware of all the fees!! There is $30 property fee + $25 parking fee! What the heck? Last week, I stayed at a hotel in NYC and it was $25 parking fee. There is also a humid smell in the room. I was going to give a one-star rating. Now I am giving them 3. The extra 2 stars are earned by the breakfast staff. They were quick to restock the food and clean the tables. They were attentive to guests’ needs. Great work shouldn’t go unnoticed. Kudos to them. Next time I will stay at rehoboth beach area to save myself 55 bucks."

"Great location (10 minutes walk to the beach), and great staff! Carpet and furniture in some rooms could be refreshed. We didn’t use the pool because it was not warm enough but the indoors jacuzzi was great. Overall a very positive experience"

"It was not a $243 a night hotel. The noise from the cars going by was constant. The towels had a bad smell, and the tv remote was not working. It was overall clean and the staff was helpful, but it's a $100 per night hotel at best."
