A very warm welcome, by Natalie. The communal areas are nicely decorated and inviting. Our room smelt musty and damp, overlooking the carpark. Natalie apologised and swifly upgraded us and we had a lovely view of the golf course. It was lovely and quiet.The bed was the comfiest I had ever slept in, and the air conditioning made for a very comfortable night.Parking is easy and outdoor areas well kept and pleasant. There were a couple of issues that need attention. Stains on the carpet, and a dripping tap in the room. Some corridor doors were grubby and stairway carpet dingy. Overall a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing night away with a friend. Fantastic setting and quality of food was excellent. Would just recommend that some staff seemed quite inexperienced and require some training on general customer service, ising initiative and serving at the bar when customers clearly waiting. Location good. Easy to find. Staff friendly on reception desk. Problem with room. Had no heating. Reported on 2 day but was told been fixed when it wasn’t. Moved us to another room. Problem with the 2nd room. Air conditioning broke, leaking water above 2 electric sockets. No communication back from staff. Rooms needs to be checked for good maintenance before renting out.

When we arrived the room was at the top, as neither of us could handle stairs the staff straight away changed the room for us, it took away stress and made our stay very comfortable.

We found Mercure Milton Keyes well appointed and a good price. The rooms are tasteful decorated and a good size, including the bathroom. We did not use the restaurant aside from breakfast and we enjoyed the buffet. We were there for a performance at The Stables and it was only 13 mins away so will stay again in the future.

The was hairs in the bathroom sink, the mattress was very uncomfortable. Didn't get a decent night sleep, not a 4* more like 3* hotel. But overall it was ok for 1 night stay.
