Wunderbar Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in Mimizan-Plage im Haus von Nicolas und Jana. Die Verwaltung vor Ort läuft nicht direkt über die Eigentümer, sondern über eine etwas überlastete Agentur. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen. An die Promenade und zum Meer sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt alles was man benötigt in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bäckerei, Supermarkt etc). Für unsere Kinder war der Skate- und Bolzplatz ein großes Highlight. Es empfiehlt sich Fahrräder mitzunehmen oder vor Ort auszuleihen, da es ein weitläufiges Fahrradnetz um Mimzan gibt. Das Haus ist hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad, separates WC und ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer erwarten einen. Der großzügige Garten rundet das Angebot ab. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Eine moderne Küche lädt zum Kochen ein. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und beschaulich. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Très bon séjour à Mimizan

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette confortable location, avec de bonnes prestations, un bon compromis sur la localisation à proximité des pistes cyclables et de la mer. Merci à Nicolas, le gérant, pour sa réactivité et son sens du service. Seul petit bémol, le barbecue nécessite un peu d'effort pour allumage et maintien des braises chaudes. En tout cas, nous recommandons cette location.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Mimizan Plage

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit im Ferienhaus von Nicolas und Jana verbracht. Das Haus ist super sauber und es fehlte an rein gar nichts. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und hat unseren Geschmack voll getroffen. Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Mit dem Fahrrad gelangt man in 5 Minuten zu den wunderschönen Stränden und die Nähe zu den Städten Biarritz und Bordeaux lädt zu tollen Städtetouren ein. Auch Fahrradtouren sind dort optimal möglich. Ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit Nicolas und Jana war jederzeit bestens. Sie sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Vakantiewoning is een aanrader !

Aangename week vakantie doorgebracht in Villa des Pins. Ruime woning, mooie moderne inrichting, voorzien van alle comfort en gelegen in een rustige buurt. Mogelijkheid mijn e-bike veilig te stallen in de garage was een bijkomend pluspunt. Centrum van Mimizan Plage is op wandelafstand.

Excellente location

La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle située dans un quartier calme. Décoration moderne, équipements complets , conforme à la description. La literie est très confortable. La proximité des plages, des commerces et des pistes cyclables est très agréable. De jolies ballades à faire en vélo. Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel de la conciergerie. Le propriétaire est également à l'écoute des locataires, prévenant et sympathique, même si nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de le rencontrer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Philippe & Patricia
