「我2025年2月中旬來這裡 中禪寺湖的風景真是太美了 房間有陽臺可以欣賞湖光山色 ㄧ泊2食的餐飲是我這趟旅遊最滿意的 每一樣食物都呈現該有的品質 雖然住2天，吃了2次還是覺得好吃（餐點有些重覆，但有些項目可以選擇）」

「The hotel doesn't provide any laundry service or even self-served washing machine although it says it has in Expedia. This is unfair and ruined my plan. The staff cannot speak English at all nevertheless they tried hard. The room looks a bit old but everything is clean. The environment is quiet and there is a river view. The lobby is grand but I don't have anything to do there. 」
