Incredible experience, ALL the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was impeccable, even the public bathhouse was very clean and has a very nice atmosphere. The in-room onsen bath although was semi outdoors, still could be heated , the facility was perfect.

I feel bad reviewing this, I did not want to share this place with anyone, so not to spoil it, but I want to help the owners succeed. This place is amazing, but they don't know how to sell their fish. It is a thousand times better than advertised. Just book it.
