「We enjoyed our stay. The 3 bedroom apartment accommodated our group of 6 well and was spacious. The furnishings are a little older but the grounds and the view to the lake are lovely. We enjoyed a drink at the onsite bar. It is worth checking the location on Google Maps as it is a little off the beaten track, but that is part of its charm. 」

「The cottage is in such a beautiful setting, there’s a bluebell meadow right outside the back door. There’s also a great dog field just a few minutes walk from the door. Very handy to give the dog a run around after a long drive! The cottage is very clean and tidy inside and very cosy. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the log burner as the weather was too nice - not something to complain about though I suppose! We will definitely look to come back in the near future. 」

「I had wonderful weather and the hosts could not have been more helpful. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Only 2 criticisms: the mirror in the bathroom should be a few inches lower. I am 5ft 2 inches and could only see the top of my head and pepper and salt would be very nice.」

「This is a wonderful place to stay and a great base for exploring the Argyle coast. The hosts are extraordinarily nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay great. The place is cozy, right down the road from a lovely pub and restaurant, close to all of the Kilmartin sights, and easy to get to towns, hikes, and anything else you could want. Highly recommended.」

「Le lieu est très cocooning, le chalet agréable donne sur une très belle vue. Les accessoires de cuisine nécessiteraient un suivi. Quid de cet appareil avec compteur branché dans la cuisine dont nous n’avons pas obtenu la fonction auprès du propriétaire. Une caméra sur la terrasse.... Le point le plus gênant est l’enclavement du lieu qui nécessite de faire déjà 30’ de voiture sur une très belle mais très petite route avant de rejoindre un grand axe.」

「Enjoyed our visit to the Castle Sween as well as the Kilmory Chapel. The loop from Talbert to Killberry Castle was stunning. We had an excellent meal in Tayvallich (the mussels were huge) last night there would most definitely visit this area again」

「Lodge located on edge of site, beautuful location, so quiet with great views over loch, enjoyed just chilling out taking in views and watching deer in garden, listening to bird song, lodge had everything we needed, really spacious with lots of light coming in through large windows, wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would love to go back」

「Das Haus war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wirklich schön. Leider war das Geschirr nicht so sauber an einigen Tassen, Tellern und Schüsseln waren Essensreste. Aber haben wir dank der Spülmaschine schnell beseitigt. Ein Staubsauger wäre optimal, für zwischendurch. Der Blick auf den See ist perfekt, allerdings das Haus liegt es auch direkt an einer sehr befahrenen Hauptstraße und das Schlafzimmer an der Straße ist was für Frühaufsteher!!!!! Fazit: ok und Invarary ist wirklich nett.」
