「Loved this property and would go back. However, we didnt have any idea where in the building to enter nor which doors which codes went to. I put this more on Expedia than the property itself however as I assume this is Expedia not passing along pertinent details. Within the building there were multiple coded doors. 「We loved the condo! And loved having access to the outside from the downstairs bedroom. It was nice to walk directly to the river and to look out and enjoy watching the deer. The condo was just as pictured, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We will stay here again if in the area.」

「We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable place on Main Street. I meant to leave a note. Several TV remotes needed new batteries. Also, instructions to connect the remote to the TV’s would have been helpful. Certainly a mini inconvenience and did not reflect on our experience. We would stay with you again! 」

「Quiet and peaceful on the river 」

「This condo is in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown. Very clean and beautiful. We will definitely be staying there whenever we visit Pagosa!」

「Enjoyed our stay in Kathy's condo! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with views of the lake and mountains. Saw deer every night on our walk:) The condo is well appointed with 2 beds and 2 baths and a bonus vanity & sink in the primary bedroom! AC is only on the second level although there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and opening the sliding door and windows at night lets the cool air in:)Condo is 10 minutes from downtown and there is a grocery store and restaurants within 3 minutes of the...

Also she only had one key and we locked ourselves out and had to call the fire dept to let us in! She probabay has more keys now!」

"I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :("
