“Great hotel in a beautiful location. We only stayed one night, but could have stayed longer. The pools looked fantastic and well cleaned. We had an excellent meal, and then played pool on the table next to the bar! The hotel is trying hard to be eco, and we had a very interesting bathroom surrounded by plants in the shower, and an open air roof - covered by mesh to stop anything nasty getting in! We watched a fantastic sunset whilst drinking cocktails. Very memorable. Staff were lovely.”

“Not usually a review scribe but sometimes you just feel compelled to. 5 stars does not do justice to Dinesh and family. Immaculately clean, helpful to a fault, nothing is too difficult to organize on your behalf and OMG the breakfast is more fit for a king than us minions. “Great place to stay. Large spacious room and comfy large bed. Sana and his family are very welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast plus we were treated to a Sri Lankan breakfast too. “Spent two nights, 3 days at this property recently while touring around at Pinnawela, Sigiriya, Dambulla and Minneriya. Great location to visit all those sites. Excellent service with a smile. Buffets were plentiful and delicious, great variety. Pool was so relaxing and lush gardens that were well kept really felt like paradise. Disappointed after Covid there is no spa/massage option as that would have been perfect. Stayed in a large room with separate room with door. 2 adults, 3 teens. Teens……

“Really nice bungalows with very strong AC. The garden has a really nice view of Sigiriya rock. Good breakfast included, they also offer a decent buffet dinner.
Sigiriya Rock is about a 15 minute walk, whereas the main village area is a bit further. After visiting Sigiriya in the morning, we decided at the very last minute to catch the train from Habarana station (30 min drive from Sigiriya) to Colombo. We were struggling to contact a tuk-tuk driver with so little notice, so one of the employees……

“Wir haben in einem der neuen 2-stöckigen Familienzimmer übernachtet. Es sah auch in echt so schön aus wie auf den Bildern. Das "Badezimmer" war nach oben hin offen.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, uns wurde jeden Tag eine große Auswahl angeboten.
An einem Abend haben wir BBQ gegessen. Manches war etwas trocken, aber insgesamt hat es sich dennoch gelohnt.
Auf dem Gelände gab es auch immer mal Tiere zu sehen: Affen, die über unser Haus rannten, Streifenhörnchen, viele Vögel und einen Waran.
