"The front desk staff when spoke to about kids running up and down the hallway after 9:45pm was “what do you want me to do, it’s a hotel, I guess I can talk to the parents” Even when I stated after a few hours of it that I understand the kids are excited and having a good time, after 9:30 pm it was just time to be done. If he would’ve just started with “I’m sorry” it would not have bothered me as much. But we are also paying cyst. Stayed here twice for cleanliness and convenience but our group will no longer choose to stay here."

"Bartender was very attentive. We ordered doordash and ate in the lobby. He served drinks and brought us napkins and silverware. He was very nice!"

"The hotel was clean and my room was very big. It was very clean and tidy. The hotel had a lot of amenities and I used the pool area, gym, and restaurant. Stayed there for a conference and it was very convenient. It is on an "island" so without a car, the plaza at the end of the street was walkable and had some decent food options. Otherwise a car/Uber is a must for more options."

"The property of Mayfair House Hotel is beautiful with the lush greenery everywhere. The rooms are lacking storage, there is none - other then 5 small draws and 4 hangers. However poorly designed, there is plenty of space for storage, empty walls that could easily be filled in with dressers etc. This was a big problem. You do not expect to be living out of a suitcase at Michelin rated hotel. House keeping was very inconsistent, and needed to be called for towards the end of the day. The bar and restaurant was great, as well as location. "
