Perfect Location!

Everything was clean and just as described. Open the patio door and walk out to your reserved chairs on the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better place for couple or small family!

Great condo with ocean view!

We loved this beautifully updated unit with a great patio and a view of the ocean and beach! You can't get any closer to the water than this, and the nearby steps lead straight down to the beach where 2 chairs and an umbrella are waiting. The kitchen, bathroom, den, and bedroom are nicely remodeled, and the patio seating is a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely condo with beautiful view

B105 will be one of our favorite picks in Miramar! It has everything wrapped up in a picture perfect condo, view, and convenience. There’s no down side to this condo. The reservation and welcome packet were thoroughly explained and we had no problems. We did notice that the kitchen sink was slow to drain water so to be on the safe side, we had maintenance check it. Since it was no problem for us, he left it as it was. He advised us that if we had any problems, he’d come back and further investigate. We did not experience any issues whatsoever. We love the color changing plastic cups that were in our welcome gift, along with everything else (especially the insulated bag!). B105 is just delightful!

The unit was perfect! This is the 4th or 5th year we have stayed at Beach House and was by far our favorite unit. The ground floor location was great! We’ve always stayed in on one of the upper floors for the view, but the view from the ground floor was just as great. Such easy access to everything!

Beautiful close to beach, ground level view!!

Definitely would stay again! clean, well stocked with what a person needs, King bed, comfy! Large kitchen well stocked, and close to a lot of amenities and wonderful restaurants. We drove 1.5 hrs east and west, and found we'd stay here again! thank you --first time to this area as well.

Truly the Best.

We love staying here. The condo is beautiful and always clean and ready for our arrival. Beach access is unbelievably close and has a wonderful unobstructed view of the ocean. Jan and Corey have always been prompt with their communication and the rates are extremely affordable. This is our second stay here and will continue be our "Beach House" for years to come. It was a true blessing to have discovered Jan and Corey's Best Destin Beach House Rentals. Absolutely excellent.

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! Perfect beach experience.

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Jan's properties and it just keeps getting better. We would have stayed here the summer of 2015 but there were no properties available at that time. 105B has now become our favorite. Plenty of room to spread out and the furnishings were modern yet comfortable. The property was so clean and we had everything we needed. We loved sitting outside every morning and drinking coffee. The view and the sound of the waves were the exact reason we were here. Having the parking lot is a BIG BIG plus instead of pulling in and out of those single drive ways. The location was within a short distance to the outlet mall, the grocery store and restaurants. We loved the welcome bucket that Jan left for us. You can tell this property is kept up with lots of love. Thank you Jan. We will be back.

Wonderful Vacation despite a visit by Michael!!

Jan and Cory are great hosts!! The condo is very nice with all the amenities you would want. A great location on the 1st floor, only steps away from the beach including umbrella and chairs. The pool is very nice with great chairs and beautiful views of the white sand beach and blue water. Close to great restaurants, groceries and outlet stores (so says my wife). Again, thanks to our hosts for making us safe and comfortable during the excessive winds!!!

This is probably our favorite condo we have ever stayed in! Loved the fact we were steps to the beach! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Destin is our favorite vacation destination! I’d recommend Boshamps and McGuire’s for everyone!!

Perfect beach location!

The beach house property was perfect for our family! The view from our room was beautiful and the beach was a quick elevator ride away! The room itself was not fancy but had everything you need! Be sure that the beach umbrella and chairs are part of your package as we found that an invaluable service!

The location is perfect, especially for a family with small children, easy access to beach (steps away) and pool. The condo is large and was very clean. There is a souvenir shop across the street and a restaurant one condo over, walking distance. Daily beach service is so convenient! But you may want to bring your own chairs, since beach service takes up the chairs at 5. This is the perfect spot! We were able to watch the Dolphins swimming from our patio every morning. Jan was very helpful and quick to respond. She left a sweet welcome gift (sand bucket, popcorn, salt water taffy) our kids loved it! We can not wait to return.

Clean and convenient!

Jan's condo was one of the cleanest my wife and I have ever stayed in. Just steps from the beach and we really enjoyed staying on the first floor. Convenient to all shopping and restaurants, but quiet on the surrounding areas. The Welcome Basket (or bucket in this case) was a nice touch as well. Great location right on beach!

Very nice condo; exactly as described! Loved being able to easily go to & from beach. Enjoyed having beach chairs & umbrella set up & reserved for us each day. Very clean and nicely decorated. Welcome bucket of goodies & binder full of information were nice touches. Would recommend to friends.
