This property was fine. We used expedia to book which was my mistake. I use them often and the confirmation they gave me matched someone elses who already checked in. Then the digital card they sent over didnt luckily the front desk was able to speak with expedia over an hour and figure it out but it was obvious she wasnt happy about it.

Newly renovated, very nice room for the price. In my five night stay my bed was only made once (I made sure to keep nothing on the bed - I’m not sure why this happened) and often my linens weren’t replenished, but they took out my garbage and picked up the used towels in my bathroom every day. Overall can’t complain - would definitely stay here again!

A clean newer hotel, with a good bed, nice rooms, and great location as a stop over hotel. Not walkable to beaches or anything like that, but with a car, it’s right near an Outlet mall, and lots of restaurants. We were just passing through. Staff were very accomIodating, and check in was quick. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Overall a great stay. However the TV remote didn’t work and the hairdryer didn’t work. They brought me another hairdryer but it’s best to just take your own.

The property was quiet, convenient and was located near shopping centers. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The property had easy access to parking and also had of good dining options for the guest. The property had a few minor issues such as the dryer for guest usage and an refrigerator in one of the rooms wasn't functioning correctly work. It was a good experience overall at this property.

Not a pleasant stay and foul smell in room.
Check in was fine, but when we got to our room it had an awful smell. I went back to the front desk and De'Marc was working. He came to the room and found it to be a bad smell also, so he then gave us another room. The hotel was in renovation, so the front lobby was a construction zone. The front sliding door was broken, so every time you walked into the hotel, you have to manually slide the door open. It confused a lot of guests. The breakfast was held in room 104 and then you could set down to eat in room 105 across the hall. The elevator was extremely slow and the elevator permit that was posted inside the elevator was expired last August of 2023. It seemed like the elevator was stuck, but just so slow.

Nice location and facilities
Good stay and morning breakfasts. The site is almost done being renovated and a few other items are not complete. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. We stayed a total of 4 nights and had to request clean towels. Eco friendly is fine, but not to be replaced for lack of housekeeping. Good stay overall

Great Stay for a good price!!
Wonderful stay. There are doing renovations for the breakfast area which I can understand. The rooms are a lot different from the comfort inns that I am use to going to. It seems a lot smaller, but definitely comfortable. I was definitely able to get to the places I needed to go during the day. Only thing was we had to abruptly leave early Sunday morning (1am) and there was no one at the desk to notify so I left the card on the desk and the floors may have been freshly washed/waxed but it was very slippery walking into the room/bathrooms. But nothing bad.

The hotel was under renovation and they never mention that at the time of the reservation. The lobby was a totally mess and on top of that the room was extremely small. It was totally diferent than the picture and description in the website. Very bad experience!
