Our large balcony overlooks the pool area and tropical landscaping with a magnificent backdrop of the emerald green waters and white sugar sand of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the main bedroom suite.
The minute you walk through the front door, you will be greeted with coastal décor, crisp blue and white furnishings, and a fully stocked kitchen. This beautifully furnished and spacious third-floor condominium features many upgrades, such as flat-panel TVs, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile floors with carpet in the bedrooms, and all the comforts of home.
With the private beach access and the 1200-square-foot lagoon community pool just steps away, spend the day soaking up the Florida sunshine. We offer complimentary daily beach service of two chairs and one umbrella. The Crescent also has a small pool heated during the cooler months for your enjoyment. Also within the complex is a well-equipped fitness center and outdoor grilling area. There is also a library/business center off the lobby area.
The bike path outside the complex makes exploration easy, and a host of golf courses minutes away will have you teeing up in no time. Silver Sands Outlet is conveniently located around the corner.
