The place was perfectly clean, well maintained, gave an impression of having been recently updated. It had all the necessary kitchen supplies, gas grill, beach chairs, umbrella etc. The 2 golf cars in the garage were a great addition to our stay. Checking in and out was super easy. We defiantly will come back to this place again.

Great house

The house was great. Every bedroom has its own bathroom plus there’s a 1/2 bath. Every bedroom has a tv plus one in the living area. The exterior porch is screened and faces golf course. The pool is small (no hot tub) but pretty easy to walk to.The 2 golf carts worked perfectly and are a must for this property. It’s so great that you can drive to Baytowne Wharf, Grand boulevard (dining, shopping, Publix), the pool or the beach. Baytowne Wharf is a 15 min WALK (longer if you stroll). All other places are farther. It was great for spring break before the summer crowd hit.

Although this home is not on the beach, you can load up the golf cart, take a fun ride and be there in no time! Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was beautiful and spacious. Clean. Lots of great beach stuff (chairs/umbrellas/coolers)available. Loved being able to get around with the golf cart the whole trip. It wasn’t clear how to get to the beach, but a quick text to the company got me the information quickly (the tunnel under the highway is near the main entrance to the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, beach access point is next to Beach House Restaurant. There is a parking lot there, the first row closest to the road is free - we always found a spot there). There are lots of great restaurant options between the Wharf and Grand Blvd. The only disappointment was one of the golf carts was removed from the property due to damage from the prior renter, and we only had one golf cart the whole time, which altered ours plans frequently.
