Great location in a gated community

Stunning Property; Fantastic Location

This is our 3rd stay at this property in a year! By far, my favorite place to stay in San Destin. The furnishings are beautiful and updated, all beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is so well stocked and it is very, very clean!! We love having access to the golf cart and it's a short ride to the beach. Perfect for larger groups or families!! Shout out to the management company as they are readily available if you have a need! Looking forward to our stay next time!!

Annual beach trip.

Beautiful condo. Very well appointed. We come to San Destin every summer. This by far our favorite. Location is great. Golf cart is the game changer. We only rent places that have a cart. We park the truck when get there. Load up when we leave. Only time we cranked it was to go to the boat rental.

Noisy upstairs neighbors

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience would have been great, except the family upstairs was extremely noisy. There were small kids running and jumping and they rarely stopped. I emailed and called Vacation Haven but all was recommended was to call San Destin. Security. This occurred daily until we both left Saturday morning. Otherwise, the space was appropriate, with everything we needed. Having the golf cart was an added benefit.

THE MOST AMAZING GETAWAY!!

I cannot begin to say enough great things about our vacation! From the minute we walked in the door, I knew I had chosen the PERFECT place! The pictures of this townhome are beautiful but seeing it with my own eyes, had me in awe! This place is very inviting and is laid out perfectly with a shower for every bedroom. Because of the layout of the bedrooms, it gave you the feeling that you were living in your own PERFECT and PRIVATE little haven. The living room and kitchen were perfect for us to gather for precious family time. I love how the owners spared no expense in beautifully decorating and didn’t go with the “usual theme” of the “tacky beach covers on the uncomfortable beds”, but actually furnished their home with big comfortable beds and inviting linens! The golf cart was a plus in getting around the resort. I have never been to a Florida beach, but after that beautiful experience, I will never look at our Carolina beaches the same. The water and sand were absolutely gorgeous! I will be coming back to 5300 Tivoli every year for the rest of my life, if the Lord allows. A HUGE THANK YOU to the owners for making this the most PERFECT, BEAUTIFUL and RELAXING vacation I have ever had with my family!

Best Beach Vacation!

Our San Destin Beach vacation was amazing! the entire week was just perfect , from the beautiful beach and water to this absolutely beautiful townhome we stayed in. It was decorated so nicely, clean, with a great layout! And and the location with the added use of a golf cart was a bonus! We are looking forward to going back soon!

Fantastic Stay in Sandestin

My family and I travel to Destin every year and have been doing so for the past 20 years. We've stayed at great properties and several not-so-great properties. This property falls into the GREAT category!! The property looks to be recently renovated and in immaculate condition! The check-in process was seamless, and the house was fully stocked with pretty much everything we needed for our stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Sandestin.

Loved the decor and property. The only issues is that there is a white sofa and it had stains on it. The sofa needs professional cleaning but overall I loved the whole experience and the home was beautiful!

Birthday/Senior Trip

We have stayed in SanDestin Golf & Beach Resort for almost 30 years, it is our favorite place to take a beach vacation! This is by far the BEST place we have stayed. I booked it in April for my husband's 60th bday and in May for our daughter's senior trip. Beautiful unit, beds are very comfortable, VERY well equipped kitchen. Extremely clean!! The furniture is very comfortable and the decor is beautiful. Golf cart is a plus and a must for our family!! Screened porch is lovely for morning coffee and evening dinners and they have a nice grill!This unit is at the end of a cul de sac and is very quiet. We are already looking at fall dates to come back!The pictures you see are accurate as to what this unit is. Thank you for sharing your place, we WILL be back!!!

The property was not clean when we arrived. The sheets were dirty, with sand, food and even the last renters dirty underwear. Instead of delivering new, clean sheets, we were left to wash and dry them ourselves at 11PM. No follow up was ever made.

Very well equipped, mattress are in good shape and comfortable! Golf cart is a plus, fantastic location. This has been our favorite unit to stay in for the 30+ years we have been coming. And, a HUGE shout out to My Vacation Haven, my adult daughter forgot her wedding rings and didn't realize it until after we were back home. The staff at My Vacation Haven were so helpful!!!! Her rings were turned in!! We are so thankful!!!

Great Unit but parking is not good

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have to say I was very disappointed in this vacation stay. Though the unit was beautiful, the bumps we ran into with My Beach Haven were handled poorly in the beginning. Please be advise you park at your own risk. There is no assigned parking for this unit. When I call the booking company, I had to speak to three agents, and the last spoke to me in a manner that no paying customer should be spoken to. My husband ended up going to the office and speaking with the manager. They were kind and tried their best to make it right. I really don't think I will book with them again.As far as the unit it is beautiful. Every room is described properly. But with all the back and forth with My Beach Haven that first day, it just completely ruined the trip for us.Again, there are no assigned parking spaces. You just have to find parking, and if its a quarter of a mile down, oh well you get to go park and then walk back up to your unit. This unit sits on a cul de sac. A big curve in front of your unit.The other two things were the unit was not vacuum properly. There was sand in the living room and on the dining table.The ice maker which they advertise did not work and they did not tell us.
