Love Sandestin!

This was our 4th time staying at SanDestin- First time staying at the pilot house- which was super convenient to the village! We loved our stay and always look forward to coming back again.

Destin Getaway

The unit was very clean and well furnished. Plenty of towels. The only negative to this unit is the noise on the balcony. You can hear the very large air conditioning units for the hotel all day and night and they are loud.

Fantastic Stay

The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing was that we were totally unprepared for the "5 Mile Hall". If you are young and in somewhat good health, it's a nice walk. My husband however has a heart condition and he was out of breath every time. He did however get alot of great exercise. the end. Our stay

First, I want to say that this condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. We absolutely loved it. However, the unit is in desperate need of a new AC unit AND new ceiling fans. It took hours to cool the place down and we were lucky if that ever actually happened. The fans put out zero air and barely rotated. Other than that , great location and we loved the golf cart !

We drove a long way and luckily didn’t get stuck in traffic so we got there early. I called to inquire about an early check in (couple of hours) and spoke to Phyllis. She was so helpful and attentive, even on a Saturday. She confirmed the condo was ready and was able to accommodate our early check in request. Everything to include the condo management was great!

My husband and I stayed here for our 15 year anniversary. We normally stay in a condo with beachfront view. I decided to do something different this time. I must say this was a great experience. Long walk to 531 but it was worth it; we needed that walk. The golf cart is a MAJOR PLUS!!!! The rooms were so clean and smelt so good! Checking in was also a MAJOR PLUS. We got an email on what to do and how to get in. You don’t have to go stand at a desk to check in. Everything is ready upon arrival; just go straight to your room. It is so much going on inside the village, you don’t even have to leave. (Shopping, Dining, Entertainment) We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!!!

Wonderful Place

The condo was in wonderful condition and we enjoyed being here. We stay at the Pilot House a couple times a year and have always had a wonderful experience. The golf cart was great! Also, this particular condo had some beach chairs and sand toys in the closet, which was super! I highly recommend this condo!

Great Time

We enjoyed our time at Sandestin. The golf cart saved the trip. Could not sit on the balcony and have a conversation, noise from air conditioning unit at Effie hotel. The sofa and chairs at the bar are very uncomfortable. The bed was excellent. Kitchen had very good cookware. Would prefer a keurig coffee maker.. Phyliss was an excellent hostess.

Part Two Baytown Stay

The property was nice and comfortable. At first it was overwhelming with parking codes, door codes, entry codes, and a 157 step walk to get to the condo. But we did get used to it after a few days. Enjoyed the golf cart and had a chance to ride on the entire property to see the neighborhoods, etc. Attended a Bal Harbour pop up and WOW, that was amazing! Ate at Ovide which was very nice, and enjoyed our stay. There are many suggestions we could give, but all in all it was good.

Wonderful Week

This location was perfect for a getaway. We could have walk everywhere and the golf cart made getting around so much fun. I would definitely recommend staying here- hopefully, we’ll be back soon!!!

Excellent stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean and just as described. Excellent, convenient location for the Baytowne Wharf area and very easy access to the community pool. The golf cart was an added bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed! We will never stay in Sandestin again without a golf cart! Thank you!

M & L Adventure

The condo was very nice although the HOA was doing maintenance on the balcony so we could not use it as we hoped. The property manager was very apologetic. The pool area was great and the Baytowne Wharf area was special.
