Great Location

Sandestin Visit

This was one of the cleanest vacation property we have ever stayed in. Kitchen was well stocked, living room was comfortable and we loved having the golf cart to go to the beach and pool. We earmarked this property for another stay.

Great vacation!

My husband and I very much enjoyed this condo. It was clean, comfortable furniture, and communication with property manager was easy. Golf cart made getting around much easier. Back porch was very relaxing.

Fantastic week at the beach!

Clean, convenient and quiet. Golf cart was so much fun. Plenty of sidewalks to walk the neighborhood and say hello to all of the friendly people. Nice grill and patio area. Can’t wait to return!

Family Vacation 2024

This was my first time using VRBO to rent a villa/home. The entire experience was amazing. I booked 3 villas for me and my family and they could not rave enough about the house and how accommodating the property managers are. Everything is nearby, the homes were beautiful, and everyone at the resort was extremely friendly. Definitely coming back and booking with you again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

5 stars for this place!! Townhouse was absolutely perfect! Owner was extremely accommodating. Kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. Beds were comfortable. Home was very clean. Golf cart made trips to the beach and bay easy. We will be back very soon!

Great Vacation Rental

The only complaint I have is that we couldn't stay another week, or two! Marek is very friendly and easy to deal with and the condo is just as described. It was very clean, updated, the kitchen has new utensils, pots and pans. The neighborhood is great and the golf cart was a lot of fun to get around easily on the resort. We had perfect weather all week and this condo felt like home from the minute we arrived. A great week of vacation!

Nice, Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had all we needed for our long weekend stay. The property manager was fantastic and answered my emails quickly and was very helpful. It was nice to have access to a golf cart, it made it easy to get to the beach and around without having to get in the car. The area is super quiet and nice with lots of walking paths. There were a few things that could have been better, (couple of light bulbs that were out and ironing board did not have a cover and the iron had seen better days). We would definitely book and stay again next time we are in the area.

Great community atmosphere

My stay at SanDestin was excellent. The golf cart community was perfect for convenience. There was so much to do with just a little ride away. My older daughters were able to have some independence with their own agenda at times through use of the golf cart. The condo was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the view of the water from the backyard. We would definitely recommend our experience to family and friends.

Perfect condo!

We love these condos. Perfect for a family, 2 bedrooms, three baths, washer/dryer & a golf cart. It is just a short golf cart ride to the beach, close proximity to grocery, shopping & delicious dining options. The condo was spotless & exactly as pictured. The kids loved the bunk beds. We lost our 6 year old son who has Down syndrome….he escaped via the front door before we realized. We found him a few condos down being taken very good care of by a rew residents of the neighborhood. It was a terrifying experience & I am so grateful for how kind this community was to our son. I highly recommend this condo & community ❤️

This property deserves a 20 star review

Check in process was so easy. Location of this property.. you couldn’t ask for better. It’s right in the middle of everything. The until itself is just so enjoyable and super nice and such a good feeling even walking into it. The golf cart was a HUGE plus & it is not a standard golf cart. They have put tires and rims on it. I really can’t express how grateful we are to have spent our sons Spring Break here. I am already trying to book for next year. The owner was very responsive and just a great person in general as we had to contact him about the golf cart charger and within the hour he had a technician over there looking at it!!! Not to mention I left my makeup bag in the bathroom and not only did they overnight it to me via mail.. they wouldn’t even let me pay them back for shipping. This place and the owners are 10/10 all the way around and we couldn’t ask for better. Our vacation was all we ever wanted and more thanks to this property!!!

Nice unit but some issues

I was disappointed in the cleanliness as the other reviews rated it highly, but this was not our experience. We had hair all over both upstairs bathroom floors, dirty towels, dirty/stained sheets on both of the beds we used, and crumbs/debris in the living area. All of the bed pillows were flat and worn out. On a positive note, the decor is very nice and the use of the golf cart was great. Communication with the host was easy and responses were quick. We arrived a little bit late and didn’t discover the cleanliness issues until the evening. The host offered to send the cleaning crew the next day but it was not really feasible to wait on most of these issues and having people in the unit would have been a problem as we were traveling with our anxious dog, so we cleaned it ourselves. It was less than ideal to spend vacation time cleaning the rental. Otherwise, the location of the unit was good and it was a quiet area except late in the evening when birds near the water in the back made very loud repetitive honking noises. This is obviously no fault of the host and it may not happen all the time, but it happened on every night of our stay and it was difficult for us to fall asleep.
