This area was gorgeous with a wonderful pool and short walk to the beach. The ocean was refreshing and the property was very comfortable. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Stay at Luau II

Amazing, easy stay! Perfect 3 minute walking distance from the beach with an awesome pool! The room was clean and cozy, with a balcony looking out to the pool! Definitely booking my trip here every year!

Amazing weekend getaway!

this was perfect for our anniversary! We rented two chairs and umbrella which made time at beach very nice! The pool was incredible and so many great places to eat close by!

Amazing!

The room was very nice with the perfect subtle beach decor and the views were just beautiful! Be sure to check out the amazing sunset deck during your stay it was awesome! The pool was definitely the kids favorite and we will definitely visit again.

Another awesome stay at the Luau.

we go every year and you can't go wrong! Only complaint about the room was that I didn't realize there wasn't a washer and dryer so I had to buy a few shirts!

Beautiful getaway

The room was excellent. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. It had all the amenities you would need for a studio. We did breakfast in the room daily and had dinner out which was perfect for that. Our room was clean and exactly as picture. We’d recommend replacing the carpet and better navigation for parking in Luau ll. The other thing we’d note is if you want a spot with a lot of restaurants within walking distance this isn’t it. We only had one that we could walk to, which was The Beach Hose, the Hilton was off limits to non guests. Aside from that, we’d still highly recommend our room.

Bad mattress

Room was what we expected, but the sleeper sofa bed mattress was very old and cheap can feel every spring and metal bars , bought a air mattress to sleep the week ,would not recommend to anyone as a 2 bed .

Good Stay- loved the view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cons: I was a little disappointed after finding out I didn't have a washer/dryer. At the last minute we took our teen daughter and she had to sleep on sofa pullout. It was pure springs and no way she could have slept on that mattress. My husband took the sofa cushions and made her a bed to sleep on. Same area as the King bed (so no privacy)The vacuum cleaner wouldn't pick up good at all. No Dishwasher. Carpet was stained in area. Had to wait 2 days to get TV because the remote was missing. Ended up being under the couch later in week- but they brought 1 on evening of 2nd day. Pros: The view was great! Clean overall, shower worked great, the King bed slept great, A/C was good. There were beach chairs (umbrella was broke but it was ok), so we didn't have to buy those daily at beach. Fridge worked great, overall good stay. The biggest thing that stood out with me was the customer service. When you text Vacation haven back- they would immediately almost take care of you. The customer service was outstanding!! I loved that. I would definitely give another condo a stay as long as it had washer/dryer unit.

Be prepared to clean!

This property was not clean. There was hair on the bed and in the shower. The toilet was filthy. The shower head was broken and the refrigerator was not working properly. I contacted My Vacation Haven and William assured me that it was not acceptable and he would try to move me to a different property. It took him 18 hours to respond back that he would send someone to clean the unit and send maintenance. Well, at that point, I had already been in the unit for 2 days and had to clean myself. Beware that My Vacation Haven has poor customer service! I will say that the unit itself was in a great location, but I would not recommend renting from My Vacation Haven.

Simple & convenient condo

The condo itself is small, but that was expected from the listing- it was accurate in its description and pictures. We tried it as a family of 4, but it was just a little too small for us. We know better now but would definitely rent again for just my husband and I! The location was absolutely perfect and the beach was literally right around the corner. The pool was great and we ate at several local restaurants! Thank you for having us!
