There is a door at the top of the stairs leading from the first to the second floor, which can be closed to add tranquility and ensure privacy. Refund Policy:
100% refund (minus 3.2% processing fee) if canceled 30 days prior to check-in.
30 nights or more: No refund for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Full refunds if state travel or rental bans are issued.

Rental Agreement
To ensure your booking, you must sign a Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking the home. If the agreement is not signed within 24 hours, your reservation will be canceled, and you will not receive your check-in information. Please email us if you have not received the rental agreement. Also if you do not receive it for some reason please contact me, because you will not receive your check-in information until the rental agreement is signed.

Age & Responsibility Requirements
Renters must be 25 years of age or older
Golf Cart Use: Drivers must be 25+ with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Responsibility for Damages: Guests are liable for any damages to the golf cart and the home during their stay.
Quiet Hours Policy
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Thank you for respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood.

Pet Policy
We love pets! Up to 2 dogs (30 lbs max each) are welcome. Pet fees apply. Please supervise your pets and keep them on the first floor when not home. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean, pet-friendly environment for all guests. HOA fines when you do not clean up after your pet when walking him outside, you are responsible for the penalties given.. You are responsible for all the damage your dog does when at the home.

Holiday Policy
We honor our hardworking housekeepers by giving them Christmas and Easter off. Please note:
There will be no check-ins on Christmas or Easter. If you have special requests for these dates, please contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate you.
Check-outs on these holidays are allowed.
