Wonderful stay

Love, love this location. Everything was perfect. The only one negative we could say about our stay was the quality of the bed itself. Just wasn’t comfortable.

Great Stay

My husband and I only stayed for one night. Everything is like described. Perfect location for Baytowne. Parking easy. Access to Baytowne is great! Only thing I would suggest is mattress isn't the best and could using being replaced. It was fine for one night! We would stay here again.

The perfect little getaway!

We loved Sandestin Resort and this condo in Pilot House. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. We felt safe and welcome the entire we were visiting. I don't think we could have chosen a better building than Pilot House. We were within a one minute walk of Baytowne Wharf Village which hosts all the restaurants and shops in Sandestin Resort. This particular condo was very clean and on the first floor which made coming and going SO easy. We really enjoyed the small patio and "backyard" that is part of this condo. There was even a gate on the patio that allowed us to walk about 500 feet right to Baytowne Wharf Village. Overall we absolutely loved this trip and property. If we could change anything it would be the mattress. It is well past it's time-there is basically a hole in the middle and my husband and I kept rolling into each other. My brother said the pull out was comfy. The condo came with everything you could need. Check-in was easy and check-out was even better because we were able to text the front desk when we left. We can't wait to return!

Good stay but we had questions & concerns.

Enjoyed our stay. We loved having the kitchen because we hosted appetizer and breakfast gatherings. The full size refrigerator, with freezer, is a huge added plus. However, more thought is needed for kitchen utensils. ie., the baking sheet does not fit the oven, The toaster seemed not to work. Plastic utensils is needed for coated pans. Too many people have been using metal and the coating is flaking. The biggest down side was the unit, after having it scheduled for a good bit of time, was all of a sudden "not available due to unforeseen circumstances." Then after the hurricane was forecasted it was available. This was a cause for concern to us, as we were to host a couple of small gatherings. We were happy to have it open back up for our use. The change did leave a moment of concern. Overall we loved the unit and really enjoyed our time there. Thank you.
