Great Stay

Very clean and convenient to everything. Would definitely recommend this Villa while visiting the Miramar Beach area. Any questions were immediately addressed besides wifi issue.

Great place

Check in was super easy, property was clean and very nice. Beach access was not the greatest, it was a little bit of a walk to access the beach and took us some time to figure it out but other than that we had a great week.

Perfect stay

This is our fourth year at Seascape and definetly our favorite condo. We enjoyed the location as well as the spacious condo. The condo was very clean and modern, had more than enough kitchen pots and pans as well as dinnerware. Beds were comfy. We loved that it was close to beach as well as pool area. Wonderful 3 week stay.

Destin stay Seascape

Do NOT book with Vacasa

In a nutshell - we arrived to this condo to find it completely under construction. Completely uninhabitable and dangerous. I had paid in full, received confirmation messages with check in instructions and door codes. Vacasa was unable to place us in a comparable condo and we had to find somewhere to stay for the week on our own. It was very obvious that Vacasa dropped the ball here. Communication with them is currently ongoing and I sincerely hope they can make this right. All that being said - we stayed at this condo last year and thought it was great. Clean, close to the beach, all the amenities we expected which is why I booked it again for 2024.

The area is nice. Within walking distance to beach. Grounds kelp up nice.

Not recently cleaned. LR furniture old. Lower level shower head sprays all over. Only broom & dustpan to clean with. Vacuum didn’t work & cord was taped in 2 places. Dangerous. One mattress pad had hand sized bodily fluid stain on it. Kitchen needed less of the same size pots & pans & maybe a set of some different sizes. Dishwasher not secured in the space. My criticism is based on a comparison of condo a few doors away where I stayed last year that’s been taken care of.

Great location, nice place, clean, small issues

We really liked the place and its proximity to the beach, to coffee, restaurants and the pools. The kitchen is a bit small, which wasn't a big issue for us. Also there is something wrong with the washing machine and even setting it for a cold wash leaves everything scalding hot. But minor issue. Before we arrived, we got a text from the property manager - which said this "Good news, your Vacasa trip is eligible for free early check in. Your vacation home is clean and ready for you, so head over anytime and start relaxing." We arrived about 25 minutes before 4 and tried the code. It didn't work and the Vacasa "customer service" acted like my questions were absolutely from outer space. Frustrating standing at the door hoping the code would work at 4:00. Thankfully, it did. The places was very clean. Supplies, however, were an issue. There was *one* garbage bag for our 4 day stay. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods. I'm sorry, but that's insufficient for a four day stay and, in my opinion, there is no excuse. I could have brought some from home but didn't expect to need to and didn't want to invest in a bunch of new stuff for a couple of days. I was in touch with Vacasa. They told me I was on my own. I said I would put it in my review and they said they would have some stuff sent over. Many hours later, someone dropped off a few little bags - not regular kitchen bags - and nothing else. I suggest the property owners consider new management.
