Absolutely beautiful

Wonderful, clean place to stay. The property managers were very kind and helpful. The heated pool was magical for the littles! Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone.

Best family vacation

Loved everything about this property & management. My elderly parents came from Canada & we wanted a comfortable yet impressive stay. The property had a main floor bedroom which was perfect. There was lots of things to do indoor & outdoor. Everything we needed was provided & my mother enjoyed cooking for us in the kitchen. Management company was very receptive when we reached out. The location was perfection. A few steps from The beach, coffee shop, Dairy Queen & restaurant. Highly recommend this property.

The only issue we had was that we played for the pool to be heated and it never worked. They did refund our money on that though.

Fantastic Family Getaway

Thank you very much for this stay at Neptune Nook. The property is inviting, clean and wonderfully Supplied. Convenient and a short walk to the beach. We will be back next year!

So beach convenient

This is a lovely, clean, beach house. It is on a busy corner but because of a wall of shrubs around the front you have privacy for the pool and sitting area outside. And the beach access is great! Just walk across the road and there you are at the private gate to the beach. Traffic was good about letting pedestrians cross too. The sand was very clean and white. And the water was the cleanest I’ve ever been in at the beach. Could see clear to the bottom! Having a couple of chairs and umbrella set up for us and waiting was a plus but know this, if you go after 3pm, you may not have a chairs and umbrella because they start taking them up by 3pm everyday. So if your going later in the afternoon you may want to put a bag or something in the chairs letting them know that you’ll be back. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us. There are a lot of stairs since it’s 3 stories so keep that in mind. We enjoyed everything and will return!

Great place near the beach!

This property is very clean and walking distance to the beach. Kids love jumping in the pool after a day at the beach. It came with 4 bikes, which we did not used. Overall great location! Great place to spend time with friends and family!

Close to beach.

This property is just across the beach which is big plus. Comfortable for upto 10 adults and small pool and sit out area is really good. Kitchen utensils are kind of okay. Property management group is excellent. We enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect Getaway!

We came down for 4 nights with our kids (20 & 15) and they each brought a friend. The house was a perfect size to fit all of us comfortably. The walk to the beach was less than a minute and we really enjoyed our beach chair rentals everyday! Really appreciated the outdoor shower in front of the house. We’ve always stayed at condos prior to this trip and I don’t think we’ll ever go back.

Perfect vacation house

My husband wanted to take a last minute trip so I was nervous about finding a place & this house exceeded our expectations. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, amazing location. Loved having the beach chairs on the beach. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and everyone was comfortable and a place for everyone to sleep. Full showers in every bathroom which i loved. We already want to book this house for next year!

Magnificent Vacation

This home was perfect for our two families. Super close to the beach and plenty of space. It was actually very private with lots of outdoor space beside the pool. Our friends loved the foosball table (I don't know how to play, but they do!) Thank you for letting us use your home!

Gulf Views and Relaxing!

The kids enjoyed being able to walk right across the street and be on the beach. My parents loved sitting on the balconies and people watching. Wife went shopping nearby and cleaned me out! The pool and grilling area were great. There was plenty of room to spread out, all of us had a great time.

Great House.. Amazing Location!

Can't emphasize enough how awesome it was to be able to walk right across the street and be on the beach! House was beautiful and there was space for everyone to hang out with the 3 living rooms, plus there was the full kitchen and a kitchenette near the pool. Was nice to have 2 full refrigerators for our groceries too - we put things we wanted to grill in the one on the main level. Views were amazing from the 3rd floor, this was just the stress reliever we needed.
