Great House and Vacation

We had a wonderful time on our first trip to Destin. The house was beautiful and laid out very nicely with our large group. We would recommend and return!

Amazing House

This house is amazing g for a large group! We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The backyard with the pool was amazing! And the golf cart was perfect for the short trip to the beach. Management company was friendly and even called me after the first day to see if there anything they could do for us. Highly recommend!

Great location

We visit Destin every year and this property was in a great location..the golf cart was great as we used it to get to the beach. Even when we had a issue there was 24hr maintenance number to fix our issue and that was great also

They were available every time I contacted them. So much space, thus is our first rental that had the backyard space and pool. It definitely made a difference to have that extra space and the pool was great! Will definitely stay here again!

Fully supplied with all the essentials. Very spacious! The third floor was exceptionally nice and proved the kids their own space. The golf cart was a huge bonus. Perfect family vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone, a fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable. The pool was wonderful! Definitely worth having it heated. Great response from rental company. Great location, easy access to the beach, shopping and food. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Sangria lives up to the hype!

Beautiful and well-maintained home with plenty of space and close to everything (beach, restaurants, shopping, activities). It makes for a great getway! Looking forward to next year's trip. Note: the owners are very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. They really provided a hassle-free experience.

Offsite Team Meeting

The home was as described and perfect for six co-workers who enjoyed the king bedrooms each with private bath, the proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants and the 6-person golf cart that came with the rental. All in all it was a great experience and one that I would recommend.

This House Was Amazing!

We had 7 adults, 14 teens, 3 children. The house was spacious. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the balconies, the pool, the view, and the choice of an elevator or stairs. There are several activities near and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is 6 miles away. Great for a large group!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very clean and had enough room for everyone to stay. The 6 seater gulf cart was a plus. The only complaint is the a/c from the first floor went out on our last night stay. They weren't able to fix it till the morning we were checking out. Otherwise, everything was nice.

Relaxing and Fun Rental

The home was very clean and neat, instructions very clear and both the incoming and outgoing instructions very detailed. The rooms were very large and each having it's own full bath was a wonderful touch. The swimming pool was an added bonus and very peaceful at night to float around in. Getting to the beach was a relative short walk and even shorter if you wanted to drive to it as the public parking was right off of the main street out to the beach. I would stay in this house again in a heartbeat.

Family/Friends Trip

Great location and house is pictured accurately. We had a rail fall on the steps but they quickly responded to our call. Golf cart was nice to get to and from the beach. Beds were comfortable! Kitchen had all items we needed for cooking. Only issues: pool area needs weeding and water pressure is not very good (but these are very minimal complaints)

Our Miramar Vacation

The property is great it was everything advertised and more. When you go make sure you stop and take time for Rolled Ice Cream and the Bad Ass Coffee by the beach. The Property is close to the beach and has great restaurants and shopping and the neighborhood is quiet. For us myself and my wife and my three adult sons and their two wife's with our three grandkids 1, 2 and 5 - it was perfect. Everyone had such a good time even with one rainy day - there was plenty to do in Destin/Miramar Beach. And we are looking forward to our return to the same property.
