Fabulously roomy!
Huge house, plenty of bathrooms and just. 5 minute walk to the beach! We had a board of advisors meeting here and it worked great for meetings!

Pricey but worth every penny
We had a perfect stay at this home. It was clean, spacious, in a great neighborhood which was truly - just steps from the beach, and very comfortable for our large family. It was pretty pricey, but so worth it.

House was super nice and large enough for our group of 26. Layout of house was a little confusing to figure out which thermostats went to each room. Great communication before and throughout the entire stay.

The house is amazing. It is a short walk to the beach. Nice size kitchen. It is a beautiful home. Ridiculous that you have to go buy your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags though. We weren’t aware of this and had to make a special trip our first day to buy all of that. We didn’t let it upset our trip. Just go with the flow and know you need to bring your own

22 people and we didn't feel crowded
Used this house for a multi-generational family gathering of 22 people. Matriarch wanted a place where we could all gather and talk and this VRBO certainly achieved that goal. We sat around the kitchen island for lingering breakfasts and drinks in the evenings. Plenty of dishes, two coffee pots, a Keurig and two small dishwashers. We used the pool quite a bit, especially helpful to have two bar sized refrigerators and a bathroom nearby. There were plenty of pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage which we enjoyed. The teens and a few adults liked the pool table downstairs. A brother had brought an Xbox so the 7 year old and teens played it downstairs away from us old adults. The primary bedroom and bathroom are excessively large. It would have been smarter of the owner to make that area into two still very big bedrooms and bathrooms. The management company sent frequent texts to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. When I mentioned a few minor things, they sent a maintenance person out right away, although he did not have the tools to do the minor repairs. The one downside is that the elevator did not work. We were not told of that until they call to tell us the house was ready to use. The matriarch is 82 and limited the times she had to go up those stairs.

Fantastic Stay!
The property is absolutely beautiful and decor and finishes in the home are updated, clean and spacious. We had a large group of adults for a long weekend and there was literally something for everyone. All couples had their own space, bathroom and the living area never felt cramped or overcrowded. The outdoor area with pool bar and pool was where we spent most of our time, it was equipped with everything! Very short walk to the beach (which is gorgeous and not overcrowded) and Alvin’s department store and dollar store if you need any last minute items. Management company was very responsive to questions or concerns. We had an incredible time! Hoping to visit this property again in the future.

This was a great experience! The home was just as shown via pictures listed on VRBO. I would definitely recommend for families, wedding parties, and friend gatherings. The staff readily responded to any questions that I had. The service was great!!

Perfect Big Family Home!
This home is so expansive that even with 32 people it never felt crowded! The pool bar is very well appointed just like everything else in the home. The paint and furniture colors are very neutral and soothing. Such a fun place to stay!
