Great Space, Beautiful View

My family and I stayed three nights at this property, and all wished we'd stayed more. Great location, enough space for all six of us, and I wasn't prepared for how large the balcony is. Baytown Warf is a short walk away, the beach a short and free tram ride away. We will definitely stay again the next time we're in Sandestin.

Wonderful fall break ‘24

Comfortable unit and the location is fantastic given short walk to Baytown Wharf Village with lots of excellent food options and entertainment for both adults and kids. Easy access to beach with tram rides but also great parking that was convenient for us to bring all the gear we used which included chairs and umbrella from the unit. We will definitely be back.

Great condo. Horrible Parking

The room was great. Very nice to stay location was great in the middle of everything. But the parking was terrible. It is a three bed room condo but with only one car allowed to park? To me that makes no sense. Asked the host for where we can park our other car at and the suggested a place where there is signs all over saying tow zone. Had to leave my car in some mall parking lot while we stayed here. Horrible Horrible parking. But besides parking it was great.

Great getaway!

The property was great and awesome amenities! Beds were comfy and living room does have Netflix which is a plus! Awesome and roomy balcony! Cons: few more Towels for bathrooms, we had trouble with washer not wanting to get the water out of beach towels it seemed like. The AC worked super great and great location to walk to the pool and the wharf also!!! The dining table Is bigger than the picture depicts too!
