Location is Great

The location is phenomenal. So close to the beach & private beach access is convenient. The house was clean and checkin was easy which gives this property the positive review. However, a few things to note for potential guests/things that would have improved our stay.1. Supplies in the home were limited compared to other vrbos. No hand soap at sinks, we ran out of trash bags and toilet paper quickly, and no spices (not even salt). The checkin instructions mentioned we could contact if needed, but on a vacation, we'd rather not coordinate and have it stocked to start.2. The bunk mattresses are not comfortable, and the top bunk has no railing which didn't feel safe to have someone sleep up there.3. Parking is limited, and the welcome guide mentions a location to pay to park additional cars, but it is only open specific hours which would be nice to note.Overall, the cleanliness and location of the property were great, but room for improvement on comfort.
