Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it’s a great house in a great location. We loved the pool, only downfall was the golf cart was broken for more than half our stay and it was a big reason we booked this house. House was very clean, kitchen was nicely stocked. The house is very pretty and we had an amazing time. Would book again!

Good and bad

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good: nice layout of house, clean, pool, nice yard, golf cart and comfortable bedsBad: tvs were difficult to turn down volume, pool little on small side, golf cart charge doesn’t stay charged long almost died 2x on us and we didn’t go far.

Beach house stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home. Well appointed & really enjoyed updates. Pool and breezeway area were a big hit and our favorites. However, the outdoor furniture needs attention (Picnic table chair seats were ripped through, one of Adirondack chairs is also broken and almost collapsed when we sat in it) and perhaps a few more pool chairs would be preferred. Functioning garage remote would also be appreciated. Overall, really enjoyed the house and grounds and area. Plan to return next year, especially if minor maintenance is done.
