We had issues with checking into property due to no web connection. When we contacted number for help, first person was rude and basically said, you should already have this information. As a Judge who was here for a conference with a family locked out, this was not a good beginning for trip. But the second person was accommodating. But it was a beautiful property.

House was perfect for our stay. Close to my conference on the Sandestin property. The 2 golf carts were a definite bonus, allowing our group to go to the beach, shopping & restaurants without ever using our car.

Great property! Having access to 2 golf carts was essential to a great stay with our 5 children with ages ranging from 15-23. Wonderful beach! And a nice range of beach chairs, floaties and an umbrella. It was extremely nice and convenient to have a bathroom for each bedroom. We used the grill and fire pit in the evenings. Lots of activities! Our favorite was pickle ball

Nice stay but had a couple of issues
Got a call the day of check in that the 6 seater golf cart had to be taken to shop for repairs and they would send over a loaner 4 seater. One of the main reasons we booked this house was that 6 seater golf cart. We arrived and the door code would not work. Had to call and go through process of getting another code. We made due with the old run down loaner cart they gave us. No discount was offered for this inconvenience. Someone showed up knocking on the door on our last full day and said he was there to pick up the loaner cart. I was like uhhh we don’t check out until tomorrow morning and we need both carts for activities later that day. Got a call later that same day asking when we could give up the cart. They should have more than one loaner cart on hand. Very annoyed to have this same convo again. Had a couple of live roaches and several dead bugs throughout. Overall we had a nice stay but very disappointed about the golf cart situation.

Rough start but good vacation
Our check in code didn’t work. We called and got a new code but they said they couldn’t update the code in the app. We had a dead cockroach on arrival and three more live large very disturbing cockroaches during our stay. The rental company didn’t respond for days regarding the cockroach concern and even then just asked if we wanted them to come spray. Lots of dishes, many are chipped. Golf carts were great but the sticker didn’t work to put up the golf cart gate at the Grand Blvd, so we just went around through the vehicle gates. Beach chairs and toys were lovely. The pool is NOT heated and was freezing for late March. Nice location to the wharf. Overall we had a nice vacation, and will return to Sandestin, but will choose a different villa.

Nice house and great location
We really enjoy coming to Sandestin, it’s a great resort for all ages! The house had a nice set up with 2 master suites plus a bunk room. We enjoyed using the golf carts and beach items.
