Convenient Location!

I came to this condo with my two sons and my husband. It really was the best situation for families. We had plenty of space, we were close to the pool, and literally didn’t have to move our car throughout the week we were there. The host is great, the condo was clean, and it went flawlessly. I would 100% stay here again if we were in the area.

Cute place

This was the perfect unit for a small family. It was nice to have the small separate extra room off the family space. The two bathrooms were great to have especially after a beach day. The only thing I wish the unit had was beach chairs and toys.

Best Pilot House!

We were so impressed with the condo, great decor, kept up very well. You can’t beat the location! Our kiddos ranged from 9-13 and they absolutely loved the pool and proximity to everything. Will def be our first choice next spring break. We made the best memories. Also thanks to the property management being fantastic when we needed to reach out. 5 out of 5 stars!

Lovely Unit in Great location

Unit was excellent. However, some areas could use updating. Unit is showing its age. Suggestions would be ... update both toilets, update appliances and replace the area carpet in living room . These updates would make the unit VERY desirable . We enjoyed our month there being close to the pool and Village.Beach Blue are excellent hosts.

Pretty condo in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time in the nicely furnished condo and the deck was great overlooking the pool area. The towels were very thin and the water pressure in the guest bathroom was not good. I would suggest getting better towels, a long mirror in at least one of the rooms, some more wine glasses. and some extra blankets. The property was as described and spacious. Location was perfect and I would recommend to family and friends. We love the Baytowne wharf area which is so close to shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Solid unit and location

Overall as described and easy process. Comfortable space and clean. Would be nice to leave a couple extra rolls of tp and an extra trash bag for a shorter stay, but hopefully the next guest benefits from the several rolls of tp we left! Otherwise, great experience!

Closet doors fell in as soon as we walked in, no carts to get luggage, and parking was terrible

Vaca

We enjoyed our stay. One if our favorite things about the condo was the porch. It was a very nice place to sit and rest. The only complaint I have is the kitchen could really use some new equipment. The pots and pans need to be replaced and we could've used a few more coffee mugs. That being said it is a very nice condo. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of seating in the living room. The living room area looked smaller in the picture than it actually is. We all had a great time and the resort is beautiful.

The Best Place EVER!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was spacious. We are a blended family of 8. This rental had more than enough space for our family. I loved that the older kids were able to enjoy their own space as well. It has an attached studio with its own bathroom, mini fridge, and microwave. Huge balcony that over looks the pool with enough tables and chairs. I would recommend this place for anyone who loves a clean and quiet location. The management responded very quickly each time I had questions. This place is the place to go. We will be back next summer.

Couldn’t beat the price or location!

We loved the location of this unit, bedding was comfortable, and overall great trip! The cons:Biggest: The main lock to the unit doesn’t work properly. We couldn’t get the door to close the first night and then we were essentially locked out. Beach Blue Properties 24 hour line was excellent at getting us a new code to get in our secondary door. Every-time we had to leave we had to put the code in and then turn the nob compared to a regular condo and just closing the door to leave. The lock would remain stuck even when closing the door from the inside. No lock to master bathroomNo lock to master bedroomLiving room fan when turned low makes a clicking noiseOutdated cooking utensils, pots, pans, etcNone of the lids provided worked with the glass tubberware. Hot water went quick for showersPros: Location is amazing View of the pool!Less than a 2 min elevator ride down to the village. Everyone slept great and comfortable. 2 air units one for the main living and master and one for the second bedroom to have more control. 2 refrigerators, one regular main and one mini in the second bedroom. Nice balcony Just wanted to leave a raw and honest review for future clients. Every condo has it’s ware and tear and this did not affect our family and friends having a great time! We look forward to visiting again.

Nice vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stay and location was good. Good food at the resort. Pool was awesome. Condo was very nice. The only thing that was surprisingly terrible was the bed and bedding. The bed had a crater on one side so I slept in a hole. It was miserable to sleep on. Really sad the company would allow below average furniture in such a nice place. Comforter was stained. It was like a motel 6 bed in a Marriott hotel.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overrall stay with great! I would recommend booking straight thru Sandestin as fees are higher and you don’t get all perks u would with Sandestin! Bed was broken when arrived; fixed next day! No tram card in room! I had get access to another room to retrieve one due to office is closed on Saturdays! Clean room ; good location again I would recommend booking thru sandestin directly!

Wonderful stay

May 2023 Stay

Overall this unit is nice. Very convenient to everything! Only a few flaws that need to be addressed. Bathroom door has no lock, master bath fan makes a lot of noises when on ,water pressure is basically non existent especially in the tub, and hot water needs to be turned up.

Great stay at Baytowne Wharf!

I was there for a family wedding and found this spot perfect! It was close to many great restaurants. I didn't have access to an automobile, but because of it's good location, my stay and participation of family events was not affected in the least. When I had a small problem, a loose shower knob, the management was very responsive offering to come and help. I would choose this beautiful condo again.

Family vacay

Location of this property was perfect. Proximity to the beach and short walk to the Harbor Walk for evening activities was wonderful. Management needs to address the thermostat because even though it was set at 70 and it said the apartment was 70 there was no way it was 70 degrees in the apartment. Also the ceiling fan needs to be looked at because the wobbling of the fan caused the chain to clank all night long and being a light sleeper this was not ideal.

Great location in Sandestin.

This property is perfectly located in Baytowne Wharf. It was great to have parking and the ability to walk out the front and into the Baytowne Wharf area. The condo was nice and clean. There are three things to be aware of: 1) the air conditioner is quite loud and somewhat annoying, but if you’re too tired, you probably won’t notice. 2) the curtains let a lot of light in. This may not bother many, but I’m used to having blackout curtains that keep my room dark. 3) the sofa bed is a bit creeky. Seems like the springs are on their last leg. All of that aside, we really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again.

Close to Everything

We stayed in the pilot house as our baby moon and had a great time. We stayed close to/at Baytowne the entire stay but a two hour excursion to the beach. We ate at Slick Lips, the Marina bar and grill, Charlie’s Cafe, and the Ovide in the Effie. The pool was large and not ever crowded. We almost regretted not bringing our toddler because the unit was large enough for her, and Baytowne was a kid’s dream. I highly recommended the location and the unit.
