4354 Beachside II offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve your favorite meal. In addition to stainless-steel appliances, our updated kitchen offers granite countertops, a custom tile backsplash, two types of coffee makers, and breakfast bar seating for three. Our large dining area has seating for six to enjoy family meals or game nights. Designed with comfort in mind, the spacious living area features plush furnishings (no sleeper sofa) and an HDTV. From the living area, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to an oversized balcony where guests can enjoy outdoor seating and beautiful beach views.
The primary bedroom is located just off the living area and features panoramic views of the Emerald Coast and a unique private balcony with seating for two. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
