"The location was excellent & the bed & pillows were very comfortable & staff were friendly when we saw them. The issue is that you must call ahead of time to first access the building (the doorbell doesn't seem to work & this means a stop at a phone store to buy a SIM card before arriving). Nobody told us how to exit the building (there is a button next to the elevator or you can use your key). They graciously let us keep our luggage while we waited for our departure & explore the city (albeit...
