“Did not stay. Left shortly after check-in. Was advised hotel would not be staffed after hours, thus did not feel safe with small children in the group. ”

“We enjoyed our stay a lot the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and our kids ages 8 and 4 had a great time we rented the clubhouse room and I recommend that for any one with kids. My girls loved having there own little house and it came with a TV in there for them. Room was very clean the pool was nice as well as the water park. The only thing I didn't like was paying full price for breakfast after spending 575 on the room for two nights, it would have been nice for a free……

“Room was not clean, dressers were old and scratched up. Floor was dirty, mattress was old and nasty, with part of the metal pieces exposed. Pool was closed during the day when we arrived, the next morning before check out we entered and left immediately due to water in hot tub being cloudy and slimy. Pool was almost as bad. ”

“When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. Microwave light wouldn't……

“I love this place. I booked through Expedia. I did not know that this was a timeshare. I was upset because they would not take no They keeping on and on.. I explained to them that I would not be able to take a tour because my husband has dementia and I could not leave him or take him to the Meeting. ”
