"We stayed here on our way to Oklahoma from Chicago. We chose the hotel because it seemed interesting. It turned out to be located in an area near a university with a main street that had many dining and entertainment options. The room was clean and large with good amenities. The overall theme was cute. Good stay. "
"Not only was this property very clean and beautiful, but what made it 5 star were the staff. Every single one of them went above and beyond, from the valet, the front desk staff and manager Kieth, to the maintenance engineer, even the bar tender. They couldn’t have been any nicer. For this, I will be coming back. We had a situation with a car we just picked up in St Louis that was an electric hybrid. To find charging is not easy in the downtown area. They all helped out and found a solution to our problem. It was a little stressful since this was a high-end Fast car so they kept an eye on it the entire time. We will never forget their kindness and their professionalism. The property is also very beautiful and many restaurants within walking distance. It’s also located in a beautiful part of town."
"Great experience and wonderful stay. Had some issues at the beginning. Front desk representative, Miss Yu helps to fix everything and turn the negative energy to extreme positive. Overall, really enjoyed the four days in this hotel "
