「Televisión no working. Cold room and worst food ever 」

「This hotel has one of the best locations on the Island. On arrival it was a speedy check in and access to room. The staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean with usual tea making facilities and filtered water machines available in corridor. Bathroom is disappointing, no shelves for towels or toiletries. The shower facility is inefficient. The large overhead shower is not practical for having a decent shower. Too high up so cannot be adjusted, needed descaling so was squirting water...

「The only good thing about this place is the view. They didn’t send the codes I needed to get into the place or for my room so had a whole of unnecessary hassle. My “superior “ room was anything but with a tiny bathroom and no superior appointments.」

「This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. 「Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, aussi bien à l’accueil que du côté du service en chambre, toujours souriant et disponible. Ils sont également très arrangeants, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. La présence de quelqu’un à l’accueil jour et nuit est un vrai plus, offrant un sentiment de confort et de sécurité. La chambre est spacieuse et bien agencée : même à quatre, on a largement de l’espace, ce qui rend le séjour très confortable....

「Amazing views of water and sunsets. Nice pool (but too cold to use in April). Very good breakfast. Had 2 dinners in restaurant and they were excellent. Our room was small but had a nice balcony to watch sunsets from. A downside is that the walls aren’t very soundproof. Good location. Only 10-15 min walk to beach and tours.
