A Wonderful experience for the family. The views in the morning and evening time from the front and back of the house were on point. Nothing better than soaking in the moab vibes and stars. Thank you penny, she is really polite, and has a lot of Information about Moab, trails, off-road trails, and great dinning options. Thank you penny and Moab.

You Get what you pay for

Sleeps plents of people. Its an older doublewide/modular trailer.... it is what it is ... a good place to cook and sleep and shower if you arent looking for fancy, and are looking for a decent price.....

Moab vacation

Super spacious, plenty of parking, could have had: more than 1 dish towel, more than 1.5 rolls of paper towels, more kitchen garbage bags, the listing said there was a grill and the one that is here needs to be replaced, the grill is in terrible condition and cooked extremely unevenly. The front door locking mechanism was difficult to get into. Overall the home is set up beautifully and it slept 8 comfortably and we had an extra room we didn’t even use. The house was nice and cool and the area was nice and quiet.
