“Il Palagetto Agrihotel is a beautiful and peaceful countryside property with wide panoramic views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location made it easy to explore nearby Tuscan towns while enjoying the quiet of the hills. What truly stood out was the exceptional support from Giulia. We had unexpected car troubles, and she went above and beyond — allowing us to keep the car safely at the hotel for three days until it was towed, coordinating……

“We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed.
But 2 more things were more shocking to us.
1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug.
Also, no cups to be found in our kitchen. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for cups !
2- The breakfast costs 18 euros. This price would be acceptable with more choice of food and free……

“An Incredible Stay in the Heart of Tuscany!
Our stay at Villa Rioddi was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived! The welcome was exceptional, and the staff took the time to explain the best things to do in Tuscany and Volterra, with fantastic recommendations and clear directions. They even explained exactly where to park, and the free, secure parking included with our stay was a huge plus.
Everything we asked for was handled promptly and with genuine kindness. The breakfast was……

“Super freundliches und nettes Personal. Zimmer funktional und in Ordnung. Es wird oft über das tolle Frühstücksbuffet geschrieben. Dies ist leider nicht gut. Hatte mich auf ein tolles italienisches Frühstückbuffet gefreut. Es gab ein Saft, ein Croissant und nen Kaffee fertig. Kein Buffet und keine schöne Auswahl.”
