Duplex at a great hotel

Duplex is very nice. All rooms are upstairs. Carrying luggage upstairs is not so convenient. We unloaded all ski clothing and shoes and left them downstairs so luggages wouldn't be so heavy. Hotel’s personnel is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located a few steps away from Parador chairlift. We used the hotel amenities, gym, room service, restaurant, transfers to town and spa. We paid for spa and since maximum capacity is 6 people at a time, we had it to ourselves as we were 6. The duplex doesn’t have Wifi but apparently you can get it at a cost from reception. If not, you can just go to the lobby to use it for free. We had a hotspot so I didn’t need to get it from the hotel. Maria was always available answering my questions. Overall, we really enjoyed this apartment and would come back.

Bonito pero necesita algo de inversión

Bonito apartamento.No suficientemente limpio. Tuvimos que llamar para pedir algunas fundas de almoada ,que resolvieron rápido. Pero no esta preparado para dormir 10 personas ,son camas muy viejas,pequeñas .

Mal apartamento en un hotel de cinco estrellas.

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en los apartamentos de este hotel de cinco estrellas fue muy decepcionante. A pesar de la excelente ubicación y el buen restaurante dentro del hotel, los apartamentos dejaron mucho que desear en términos de calidad y confort.La decoración y el estado de los apartamentos son extremadamente antiguos, y todo está notablemente desgastado y en mal estado. La ropa de cama estaba muy usada, los colchones eran extremadamente incómodos, y las almohadas daban una impresión tan poco higiénica que resultaba inquietante dormir en ellas. Los electrodomésticos, además, eran todos muy viejos y apenas funcionaban. Una de las peores experiencias fue en la ducha, donde el cabezal de la ducha se rompió en mis manos el primer día.El sistema de calefacción, que funciona a través de los aires acondicionados, no solo es muy anticuado, sino también increíblemente ruidoso, lo que hizo casi imposible descansar adecuadamente. Además, el acceso a las pistas de esquí resultó ser muy complicado debido a la ausencia de nieve, lo que fue otra gran decepción.Si desea disfrutar de su estadía y evitar molestias, sinceramente no puedo recomendar estos apartamentos. Por el precio que se paga, uno esperaría un nivel de calidad y comodidad completamente diferente.
