“Found out There was miscommunication at the beginning. I booked through Expedia and when communicating through the hotel we had established they would arrange pick up at train. Then my phone number went in WhatsApp and continued communication found out was with local caretaker who knew nothing of picking me up and gave me directions to walk there as only 15 minute walk. But I got lost and so frustrated after long train ride. Then Marco to the rescue. They came in a scooter and Marco helped me……

“Maison Iovino is a great accommodation at a great location. When booking, I was a little apprehensive, as it was not a typical hotel. But after checking in, we found it to be better than a hotel. There were several rooms at the facility, and the facility was new and stylishly furnished. Its location on the main street is super convenient. Our host Maximo was very friendly and helpful. He gave us good restaurant and laundromat recommendations, and was even helpful in booking tours after hours.……

“If you want value for money with a fabulous breakfast and amazing views then this is the hotel for you. The positives far outweigh the fact that the pool is smallish and that it is a mile walk into the centre of Sorrento/the main port. We enjoyed the walk and getting away from the crowds.
