"This hotel was amazing - our room was massive and the view to the sea was great. Honestly it beat our expectations. There was a gap to go down to the beach which was 3min walk and all the local restaurants and pubs were there. Honestly / great!"

"The staff, especially Sylvia, was friendly and helpful. She gave good recommendations for restaurants. She also helped to arrange for a good tour and the taxi for leaving by the port. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the pedestrian ways in the city enter, albeit uphill. Of course, that means it is downhill back to the hotel.😄"

"Excellent hotel hidden between old buildings and small streets. You drive up to a beautiful hotel with parking! We were always greeted with warm smiles and kindness. We received a free upgrade and a welcome drink with dessert in the room. Everything is brand new, clean, smells great and feels like luxury. They have a wonderful spa with a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. On the rooftop you can enjoy the outdoor pool and a sunset dinner. Breakfast is exceptional and made to order! I have to mention the wonderful manager, Denia! She was always making sure staff was on point. Can't wait to visit again!"

"Terrible don’t stay here. Beds are as hard as a rock it’s loud till 2 am from a near by night club and planes flyover head all night long. Didn’t have breakfast as we had to check out early. Coffee machine had to be moved to plug in. Shower is extremely dark. Floors had a lot of water damage. I would not stay here again. "

"This is a very nice, new and modern hotel. The breakfast every morning is very good and contains a lot of options and variety of food. We arrived early in the morning on our check-in day, and the staff was incredibly friendly and got our room together as soon as possible for check-in a bit before the standard time. Nice view from the sea-facing side of the hotel and only about a 20 minute walk to Heraklion center with a lot of restaurants, shopping, souvenirs, etc. Overall, this was a great stay. "
