"A wonderful stay! Very comfortable with many amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and clothes washer, an outdoor terrace, parking space and a lovely view. For us, it proved to be the central location we wanted for touring everywhere in the Algarve -- Faro, Tavira, Estoi, Seven Lost Valleys, Portimao, Lagos, Sagres, Albufeira, Alte, and other places along the way during our daily outings. "Loved the location and the pedestrian walk away. Lots of great restaurants around only negative i have is the futon mattress in the small room was extremely uncomfortable. I would stay there again though with less people so I didn’t have to use that room. There was 2 couples and myself as a solo"

"A most wonderful and extraordinary setting. Four unique and exquisitely designed houses, acres of garden, sculpture, birds, pool. Everything seems to be designed and created to be both practical and aesthetically pleasing. Hosts are so friendly and helpful. You do need to shop wisely for basic provisions as it is a long way from any shops. The nearby towns and villages, Tavira, Fusetta etc are wonderful, if you can tear yourself away from this tranquil place surrounded by nature."

"The bungalow and its grounds were spacious, well equipped for the heat, with options to have shade - very necessary when it was 33C! The pool was fantastic! We self-catered the whole of our stay - so found the kitchen to be very well equipped. Comfortable beds, sofas etc, with plenty of spare cushions, towels etc. The owner's father responded quickly to any queries we had. All in all, a lovely holiday! Thankyou, Humberto!"

"This is an idyllic place to stay, away from the crowds, on a wooded hillside surrounded by nature. The hosts, Heidi and Johannes, were very welcoming. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed. It is a short drive to Tavira, which has a good selection of cafés and restaurants and the nearby village of Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo also has a small convenience store. The location is perfect, both for access to beaches and for hiking in the hills."

"We enjoyed this property tremendously. It is the perfect indoor/outdoor combination for this area. "We loved the beautiful house and yard. It was a great place to hang out as a family. Lots of games and we had tournaments of bocce and ping pong. The tables inside and pool side were perfect for our family reunion of 8. The location to the amazing beach and colourful cliff walks were a short walk. The tapas restaurant and the fresh pastries from across the street were delicious. I hope to return. The owners were delightful and easy to get in touch with."

"Really great property. Kitchen well equipped, nice large bedrooms, lots of outdoor space for everyone to sit around. Few things were a bit “rusty” (think because we went early in the season) - things like washing machine didn’t work, but the host was very quick to come and help so that’s great!
