“Private gated villa located in great town. Local hot springs are less than a 10 minute walk. Staff was great, cleaned daily, did laundry upon request, left local foods after each cleaning. Overall a wonderful stay.”

“while the weather was beyond anyone’s control, I had such a cozy stay and was perfect for the R&R that I needed. The grounds, the room and the entire property was so delightful though there were other guests. I don’t think I saw even one! It was truly so lovely in the rooms. I think everyone was cozied up by their fires during the rainy evenings. I really loved the grocery store, though the prices are a bit higher than in store, you’re paying for the convenience of all your necessities being……

“Clean and spacious. Loved the fridge's ice maker. Upstairs double beds both very low to the ground so not suitable for my elderly parents. More practical kitchen utensils would be useful. Tv and music system ( CD player) could do with updating. Otherwise very nice, lovely pool area and the Cafe Del Arte restaurant is fabulous and just a one minute walk.”

“Sehr nette Gastgeber.Wohnen am Ende der Straße und sind immer ansprechbar. Kaum Verkehr, Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus (steile Straße). Für mich der perfekte Ausgangspunkt den gesamten Norden west- u. ostwärts zu erkunden. Unterhalb des Hauses, am Aussichtspunkt (Miradouro) ein schönes Restaurant mit Terrasse und grandioser Aussicht. In ca. 40 Minuten ist man auch schon im Süden - Ribeira Brava, ”

“The property was exactly as explained and was perfect for our three nights in Lisbon. Several cafes and restaurants surround the location and about one block away is a spot for amazing sunrise photos. We met the owner at he small cafe (only a few minutes away) and she was very gracious. One thing I will mention which I found endearing, but should be known by those over six feet tall, is that the front door way is very short so watch you head. Haha. One other thing to mention is the air……
