"Just got home. This place exceeded all my expectations and has become my favorite Mexico resort. Food was incredible, place was super clean, staff was very friendly. 10/10 (Oceanfront room, bathroom had a septic smell on check in, but we ran the shower a few minutes and continued to in the mornings and never had another issue!) "

"Overall a pretty bad experience. Our check-in was decent, but when we didn't want to go to the walk through where they sell there travel club package they called and text me multiple time around 8 am, waking us up multiple times, begging us to go. The pools were so dirty you couldnt see the bottom of the pool the first half of our stay. The a la carte restaurants were pretty gross. It took almost 30 mins for someone to come take drink/food orders, after that the food came pretty quick. Service in the buffet was incredibly slow, we couldnt get our own drinks, and the food was poor quality. The staff where mostly dismissive and rude, aside from a few quality/friendly bartenders, and the table staff in the patio side of the buffet were always very quick and friendly. Many of the wedding party we were here with had mold in there rooms and far worse experiences than us, and overall the communication from the hotel to guests was horrible. We wouldn't choose to come back again."

"This property is really well appointed, clean, comfortable and conveniently located to the town of Sayulita. The host was responsive, accommodating, and helpful with setting up transportation, even when there was a miscommunication about who was arranging the golf cart. There were just two things that I wished we had known about in advance:1) The road up to the house is a very steep, loose dirt road and the house is all the way at the top. We had two taxis (including one that the host arranged) that could not make it up the hill. So I would definitely recommend having the golf cart delivered right as you are arriving. You will need it to get your luggage up to the house. I wish someone would have communicated this to us. It all worked out, but would've been nice to know in advance.2) This is completely out of the host's hands, however worth mentioning to future visitors. There is a noisy dance club nearby and you might as well be in the club while you are trying to sleep. We were traveling with our kids and not keeping late hours, so I wish we knew about this as well. Sadly it was not a very restful few days. Otherwise, the. place was great and I think it would be a wonderful choice for the right group. Thank you for having us!"

"Beautiful casa in the jungle and very comfortable. Loved the bird life. Alejandro was excellent at responding to our needs. A 15 minute walk to a secluded beach that was clean and empty much of the time. However, the cobblestone road and stairs up to casa are very steep and not suited for anyone with a mobility issue or who is out of shape. The stair in the living room need a hand rail. A guard rail is also necessary. To keep people from accidently walking off the living room level to the kitchen level where there is a 2 foot drop.we did enjoy our stay very much."

"Clean room. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Nice sized bedroom. AC Great! Samantha and Asunción were very nice and helpful. There is no welcoming water in the room but there's a filter where you could refill your bottle. Breakfast is delicioso but it's limited to two options. Parking space was very safe. The location is PRIME. It's away from the sounds of the party area in downtown, yet at a walkable distance day and night. The town is safe. Sayulita is awesome"
