“The hotel is in a great location near the pyramids although the area is run down for such a big tourist destination. The staff are friendly and will help with anything if needed. The hotel shows a pool when you book and states in the description that there is a pool but it is not in use. The breakfast buffet is nice but just ok compared to other hotels. The airport shuttle can be used one way only, not both. The hotel is ok but the description they give when booking is not 100 percent……
