The bartenders are really knowledgeable about local wine and make great suggestions. This hotel is fantastic and well located. We absolutely loved our stay. ”

“This was a fantastic, spacious apartment for our family of 4. We initially had an issue with the WiFi and host communicated very well, and sent a technician to fix it very quickly. The neighborhood is wonderful - far enough away from the crowds of tourists to enjoy a quieter side of Florence, but close enough to walk 10 minutes to be in the center of all of the major tourist attractions. ”

It was a perfect location arriving back each evening to enjoy the pool and relax on the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Nicola was an excellent host and was there to answer any questions, make excellent recommendations and provide any services we needed. ”

“Good place pretty close to train station. Easy walk to train and central Florence. Plenty of room for family of 4. Neighborhood was safe but not much activity. Nice little balcony overlooking courtyard. Washer was convenient. ”

“The apartment was nice and clean and bright, in the authentic part of Florence. (Note there are about 25 steps up to the apartment.) We loved the location with bus stops nearby, and grocery store and cafe bar directly across the street where we had morning cappuccinos and purchased our bus tickets for the day. Filippo was awesome, really helpful in showing us on a map all the points of interest to us. Also I appreciated his quick response to any questions we texted him about (not to mention he……
