"Our family of five enjoyed our time at the property very much. The rooms were comfortable and the surrounding area is beautiful. The pool is a huge plus to cool down and have a relaxing time. The Rignano train station nearby makes it easy to get around Italy, by connecting to Florence’s main station. Truly an asset. The A1 highway is also nearby connecting you within easy access to beautiful Tuscany. Restaurants in the area were very good also. I would definitely stay again at Vila Il...

"Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time. It was a very cute villa and had an above ground pool with an amazing view. The family does stay next door in their house, but we did not have any disruptions. They were quick to reply and help up check in and out. They left us snacks and wine, and were very hospitable! Would definitely recommend this stay."

"Calme, sérénité et beauté ! Un magnifique endroit, loin du tumulte avec une vue à 360 sur la campagne toscane. Renate est accueillante et discrète (merci pour les fruits et le vin d accueil ainsi que les légumes durant le séjour) la gare de sieci toute proche (parking gratuit) permet de rayonner facilement sans prendre la voiture (florence 17', Prato, arezzo, pistoia, Lucca...) Le grand jardin est agrémenté des photos de Renate ce qui le rend harmonieux et singulier. La piscine naturelle est grande et très chouette pour faire des longueurs ou s y prélasser avec autour des chaises longues comme des futons ! La maison est agréable et rien ne manque, terrasse et chaises longues à dispo. Place pour se garer (chemin d accès assez "rock and roll" pour les primo conducteurs ) Tout est fait pour qu on y passe un séjour parfait. Il n y a que le gîte et la propriétaire (et ses chiens très bien élevés et pas du tout intrusifs) sur les lieux. Merci à Renate et sa team pour l accueil. A conseiller !"

A Panoramic Tuscan Luxury - Villa Maria in Fronzano

"The villa and property was spectacular and immaculate. We were warmly greeted by our host upon arrival and given a comprehensive introduction of the property and necessary information. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the bedding was very comfortable. All of the bathrooms had new fixtures , hand painted walls and it felt like a personal spa on each floor. The pool was immaculately maintained by our host. Every need was anticipated-from pool floats to a pool house with a fridge and separate bathroom / shower. The flowering plants and trees around the villa were absolutely beautiful and fragrant. We felt pampered as if we were at a five star resort. Our hosts olive oil was delicious and we would highly recommend hiring the personal chef ( Donato) to cook a meal or two. The meals we had were exceptional. Our host was friendly , responsive , attentive and respectful of our time and privacy. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Maria and hope to return with my family in the future."
