「False advertising at its finest. The Arcadie Guesthouse is nothing like the pictures on Expedia. It felt more like a low-security prison than a cozy "guesthouse." Unfortunately, when we brought up our concerns with the front desk, Arcadia was defensive in how their pictures online misrepresented reality. They were also unwilling to provide us even a partial-refund for checking out after the first night. We also learned that Arcadia has a hotel AND guesthouse in a very confusing building...

「Very nice」

「Great location centre of the Florence 」
