「First, the Good: The rooms are small, but functional; garden area with chairs was nice for breakfast. The room was clean and smelled nice, and the grounds were gorgeous. Lots of palms, nice walk ways, and generous outdoor space. Pool area was large and the proximity to the bar was great; the game room and outdoor ping pong were a nice touch. Access to the parking was good, but spaces are limited. Easy to walk to the busier part of Salou and the beach, and convenient drive to PortAventura &...

「The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. 「The breakfast was fantastic and the price we paid for the overall package was incredible. Only issues is as we booked the hotel roulette we weren’t told which hotel we were staying at out of the onsite hotels at the park so we had to work it out for ourselves. We also booked a triple room which said 3 single beds but it was a double and a single, being told they don’t do triple rooms. Apart from that I can not fault it.」

「Disappointed with the opening/closing timing of the gym (10am-6pm) which was not fornitured enough and not air conditioning “they said it was broken”. Disappointed with the breakfast time frame. From 8am until 10am, to short. Check out 10am, a bit to early, with no option of extending it, not even an hour ( we offered to pay) Hard to comunicate with staff. Very basic English」

「Single room was small but had a fridge, modern deco and excellent air conditioning. TV did not have a good picture with interference. Of the three lights in the room only one was working. Only one available wall socket for charging phone etc. Infront of the window was an air conditioning unit which buzzed and hummed throughout the day and evening.
