「A wonderful stay in a beautiful farmhouse. We had a problem with the plumbing but the hosts couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful and resolved immediately. Pool is small but works a treat and almost every meal taken in the garden which is so great! WiFi great for working and Teams calls. Quiet, safe and really relaxing and great accessibility to Citta della and many other hill towns. Thank you Frederica (and Mr Frederica ) we will be back! 」

「Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top.」

「Abbiamo soggiornato dal 21 al 25 di agosto.Il cottage è molto bello, si trova in una posizione decentrata ma con una bellissima vista e in macchina si riescono a raggiungere bene i vari punti di interesse.La piscina seppur piccola offre un’ottima vista panoramica, ideale per non più di 4 persone.Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza e la consiglio per chi ricerca un posto isolato e tranquillo per staccare dalla città, speriamo di ritornare presto!」

「As a follow guest said to me, some places do not live up to the pictures on the Internet, however, this Villa exceeded the online presence. Great location to relax by the lakeside. It has access to all you need, wineries, golf, shopping and Tourism. Easy access to Montepulciano, Perugia, Assisi, etc. We have travelled to Italy several times and this location and Villa have been the best.」
